Though many meat operations don’t offer the picanha steak, we want to share this less common steak with our customers. This Brazilian favorite comes from the top backend of the beef, where they’re often bent to a horseshoe shape, skewered, and cooked over an open fire at the country’s churrascarias. Something similar to it in the United States is a Top Sirloin Cap with the fat cap left on.
