We oversee every part of the process, from our farm suppliers to your kitchen table. We take extra steps to ensure every animal is raised on environmentally-friendly farms and treated with the highest of care and in a humane manner. 

We source all of our meat from local farmers with whom we have an established relationship in our home state of Kentucky and the neighboring states of Indiana and Ohio.

NO ANTIBIOTICS.

Our farms raise their animals right! They’re all ASH-free (meaning no added Antibiotics, Steroids, or Hormones!).

Every animal is grass-fed and grain-finished for beautiful marbling, giving it amazing flavor. As our meat is dry-aged for 14 days, it gains even more flavor to create the utmost in taste and tenderness.

We carefully inspect every cut of meat as it’s sourced directly from our local farms and processed in our Kentucky facility before it ever reaches your kitchen table. 

Many operations send their animals to large factory operations to be processed, boxed, and returned before they ever send the meat to their customers.

We choose to get our hands dirty from start to finish, without a corporate middleman.
